At Little Root Soap Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted soaps, cleaners, and essentials.

Returns
You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

To initiate a return:
1. Email su*****@**************co.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the items back to us in secure packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if needed.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, final sale items, and personalized items (if offered) cannot be returned unless defective.
